Fall in love with February!

This February we're learning to embrace a new world, one year after the Covid-19 pandemic began. The world is by demand more tech connected, yet physically more separated than ever before. As you think ahead in your own life to next February, do you see yourself in the same job, or perhaps a new industry? Can you picture your daily life changing, or staying the same? Does the space you live in, and potentially now work from, support this picture?

Our team of Realtors is here to help you transition into the future you want for yourself. Owning a home, starting a business, or buying an investment property are all possibilities with the guidance of our Residential, and Commercial Real Estate experts. Whether you're ready now or want the know-how to make your dreams come true in time, our agent are here to support you long-term. Don't let another year fly by, make a plan with us, and fall madly in love with your future!

Celebrating Black History Month

In honour of Black History Month, Marie-Claude Landry, Chief Commissioner of the Canadian Human Rights Commission, issues the following statement; "Today we celebrate the start of Black History Month. It is a month to honour the legacy of Black Canadians and celebrate their contributions to building the Canada we share today. It is an opportunity to show that Black history is Canadian history. All of us are indebted to the Black women and men who have worked tirelessly to build our country – every trailblazer, every activist, every person who pushed for something better. Every person who pursued their career or vocation, despite the obstacles placed in their path." She reminds us that as we reflect on their innumerable contributions, we cannot ignore the struggles that they faced from racism and discrimination. This struggle is present in real estate. The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA)'s CEO Micheal Bourque has said that, “As the national association for REALTORS®, it is imperative that we acknowledge the dehumanizing prejudice that impacts our Black members and clients". We are hopeful that moving forward will see our country addressing its own racism, and we will work together to support change.
